Customizable and removable, the 1620 Tool Trays, fabricated by The Case Store, fit into a Pelican™ 1620 Transport Case, designed with organization and ease of transport in mind. 

Tray Features:

• 1 - 1.5" Kaizen Foam™ Base Layer (no backing material)
• 4 - 2.25" removeable Kaizen Foam™ Trays reinforced with Polypropylene tri-laminate backer (2" of foam and 0.25" of backing)
• Convoluted Foam Lid

To cut the Kaizen Foam™, you will need a Kaizen Knife, Kaizen Marker and Finger hole tool. The polypropylene tri-laminate backer offers multi-directional rigidity to support tool weight.
