Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are based on the total shipping weight of your order and the postal code to which it's being shipped. Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you would like to determine shipping cost before checking out, you can use the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page. The Case Store does not offer international shipping at this time.

*Shipping to APO requires a quote during any promotional period. 

Order Processing

All in-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. CST Monday–Friday are usually shipped the same day. In-stock orders placed after 12 p.m. CST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Customers will receive a confirmation email after the order is placed and a second e-mail with a tracking number when the order is shipped.

Orders containing items on backorder will not ship until all products are available. Customers may request a partial shipment of their order but may be subject to additional shipping charges. Although we strive to carry a large quantity of stock to service our customers, stock levels and demand vary from day to day. If you would like to check on the availability of an item, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department at 1-888-489-1766.

Order Pick Up

If you would like to pick up your order from our warehouse, we now offer will-call as a shipping option during the checkout process. There is no charge for selecting the will-call option, and orders may be picked up Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–3 p.m. CST. Will-call orders are available two hours after you place your order. If you need to pick-up your order sooner, please call us toll-free at 1-888-489-1766.

Guarantees

Customer satisfaction is The Case Store's top priority. We guarantee items will be free of defects. Should a product be defective, we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable, we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via UPS.

Return Policy - Free Returns within 30 days!*

All returns to The Case Store require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Prior to returning the item(s) you must contact a representative at The Case Store at 888-489-1766 or via email at [email protected] within 30 days of the date of your invoice in order to obtain an RMA # which must appear clearly on the return label on the outside of each carton/package. All items must be returned in sellable (unused) condition in the original packaging.** A restocking fee will apply to any product that does not meet these conditions. Shipping charges are non-refundable, only the purchase price of the product will be refunded. The Case Store reserves the right to deny any product for return.

All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid and received within 45 days of your original invoice date. We recommend that you use a shipping carrier that provides tracking information for your shipment and that it is insured for the total cost of the case so you are covered if the case were to get lost or damaged when shipping back to The Case Store.

**Cargo Case Mount Kits must be returned in sellable (unused) condition, with all hardware and in original packaging to receive full refund. The Case Store reserves the right to deduct the cost of any missing components from a refund, up to the full value of the item.

Carrier Changes

The Case Store reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.
